Description of service
1well provides a unified platform for aggregating, storing, and accessing health data from multiple providers. Our services include data synchronization, API access for developers, and data visualization tools.
User accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Acceptable use
You agree to use 1well only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use our services to violate any laws, infringe on intellectual property rights, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
API usage
Developers using our API must comply with our API terms and rate limits. You may not use the API in ways that could damage, disable, or impair our services. We reserve the right to suspend API access for violations.
Limitation of liability
1well is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding any claim.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to 1well at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. You may request export of your data before account closure.
Changes to terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our platform. Your continued use of 1well after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
